Recently I was asked how I tackle my stress and I thought I would share my answer with everyone. As an entrepreneur, stress is a relevant aspect in my life. Exercising regularly helps me to reduce some of the emotional intensity. It’s easy to think that you don’t have time to exercise when you are most stressed, but that is exactly when you need it most! I also use meditating as a stress reliever because it promotes relaxation through breathing and allows me to let thoughts unfold instead of having the urge to control them. The more successful and busy I have become, the more I appreciate meditation. It’s good to stop and smell the roses often!
