Refreshing Foods to get you in the Summer Mindset — Guilt Free!


I have been craving refreshing foods since the weather has started getting warmer. My summers are filled with family cookouts along with get togethers with my friends, and I never show up to a party empty handed. So I am always looking for new, healthy recipes for the summer. Since I’m always searching, and have come across some good ones, I wanted to share them with you.

Anything with cucumber in the ingredients is a slam-dunk entrée for the summer months. I’m also really into the fruity cocktail drinks (alcohol added depending on the time of day!). Adding mint to any of these will kick up the invigorating taste. I always make a little extra to bring into the office for snacks.
