The on-boarding process can be as easy or as hard as you make it out to be. I like to keep it as efficient as possible because there already is not enough time in the day to get it all done. My main priority in regards to on-boarding is to train your employees to train others. Time is the most important asset we have in our lives, and especially in the business world. Highly skilled employees can transfer their knowledge to new hires, expediting the process that it would normally take a new employee to get up to speed if they are only trained by management.
