Tips to Becoming a Morning Person

2-entrepreneur-how-to-get-up-early-1024x914.jpgThere is never enough time in the day to get everything done. Getting up early and seizing the day makes me feel more accomplished at the end of the day.

Here are a few tips to do the night before that make it easier for me to wake up at the crack of dawn:

-sleep in the total darkness (Melatonin, the sleep hormone is produced in the dark)

-drink water before going to bed, it is relaxing and rejuvenating

-choose a blanket that keeps you warm- 62-70 degrees is when I get the best sleep

-put the alarm across the room so you cant hit the snooze button

-turn off your phone/TV (or put it on silent NOT VIBRATE)

-read a book
