Do you remember the ice bucket challenge? Of course you do, it was a huge phenomenon all over social media. I have always wondered how much of an impact this ended up having. I came across this great article that breaks down the effect of the ALS campaign. It turns out, the campaign had a positive outcome, raising over $100 million since July 29th. Who knew dumping ice water on your head to raise awareness could raise 3,504% more than the same time last year. This is so amazing to me.
